The first of the two Bernette computerized models is the Bernette 37. It provides an amazing stitch quality and a wide range of useful functionalities. There are 50 stitches available, including stretch, ornamental, and buttonhole stitches, with a maximum stitch width of 7 mm. The useful start/stop feature allows the stitching operation to be managed without the need for a foot control. One advantage of having the needle stop up/down is that you can adjust the needle position when you stop sewing, which is especially useful when stitching corners. The bright LED light provides ideal illumination for the sewing area, and each stitching speed may be manually adjusted as desired. There are five presser feet (soles) with the B37.
