Horn Of America Delivery Options
This is a scheduled delivery service. The cabinets are shipped from Horn of America’s warehouse to a delivery terminal near the consumer’s home. The terminal will then schedule the delivery with the consumer. The delivery driver brings the item to the designated area (curb, driveway, etc) and places it there.
Many curbside deliveries include a lift gate on the delivery truck to assist in unloading heavy items. The driver will not typically bring the item into the home or business. A signature is required to confirm delivery and indicate that the item has been received at the curb in good condition without damage.
OPTION 2: ROOM OF CHOICE DELIVERY
The cabinets are shipped from Horn of America’s warehouse to a delivery terminal near the consumer’s home. The terminal will then schedule a delivery date with the consumer. Cabinets will be delivered to the
consumer’s home and placed into the consumer’s room of choice, opened and packaging materials removed upon consumer’s request.
Note: Delivery driver will not perform assembly tasks such as installing adjustable shelves, casters, pull handles, etc. or plugging the cabinet into a power outlet. This is solely the responsibility of the consumer.
